  • Employee lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management)
  • Oversee payroll inputs, benefits administration, and attendance management
  • Manage, update, and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs
  • Track and report key HR metrics (headcount, attrition, etc.)
  • Ensure labor law compliance and audit readiness


 

Experience and Qualification


 

• Bachelors / Masters.

• Minimum 08 years of relevant experience.
