Position: Human Resources Manager

 

About The Role:


 

We are seeking an HR Manager to drive talent management and people operations for our growing business. This role is central to how the organization scales. While supporting recruitment, the primary focus will be on building the systems, processes, and structure required to manage, develop, and retain a high-performing team.


 

You will work closely with leadership to implement a clear performance culture, establish clear organizational frameworks and ensure the business scales in a disciplined and sustainable way. The role requires someone who is both structured and pragmatic, capable of introducing rigor without slowing down execution.


 

Key Responsibilities:


 

  • Support recruitment across the businesses, ensuring a high bar for talent while maintaining speed and efficiency.
  • Design and implement performance management frameworks, including goal setting, review cycles, and feedback processes.
  • Establish and manage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and retention.
  • Partner with leadership to define organizational structure, roles, and reporting lines as the business scales.
  • Build and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with law and best practices.
  • Drive a high-performance culture, ensuring accountability, clarity, and alignment across teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent, performance, and organizational matters.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve issues in a proactive and professional manner.
  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Continuously improve systems and processes to support a growing organization.


 

Background & Experience:


 

  • 6-10+ years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to talent management and organizational development
  • Experience operating in high-growth or scaling environments
  • Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and organizational design
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements
  • Experience building or formalizing HR processes and systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail


 

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the automobile or export industry is a plus
  • High ownership and accountability
  • Structured, disciplined, and detail-oriented
  • Practical and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity while building systems
  • Strong judgment and discretion
  • Low ego, highly collaborative
  • Focused on outcomes over process


 

Compensation Package: 

  • Market competitive salary (based on experience)
