Full job description

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and training activities.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain relevant databases.
  • Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting assistance when required, or learn to perform basic technical support tasks through training.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
