Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role (night shift) for a Human Resource Executive located at DHA Phase 7, Karāchi. The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring effective HR management. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing recruitment processes, conducting performance reviews, addressing employee concerns, and maintaining compliance with company policies and legal standards.
