Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in compensation & benefits processes
  • Support final settlement (full & final) calculations and documentation
  • Maintain and update employee attendance records
  • Assist in handling employee insurance and related documentation
  • Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and HR records
  • Support HR reporting and data management in Excel
  • any other tasks assisnged by the supervisor

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic understanding of HR Operations
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
