Burraq Engineering is seeking a dedicated HR Executive with at least two years of professional experience to support comprehensive human resource operations. This role involves assisting management in developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining workforce planning, and ensuring smooth employee relations. The HR Executive contributes to preparing organizational structures, managing recruitment processes, and maintaining employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. The role demands proficiency in various HR functions such as performance management, training coordination, HR information systems, and compliance with labor regulations. Although this position does not include direct team management, it requires coordination with multiple departments and external agencies to ensure effective HR services across the organization. The HR Executive plays a vital role in fostering a positive work environment by conducting performance appraisals, counseling staff, and supporting career development and succession planning. Responsibilities also include monitoring attendance, overseeing payroll processes, and handling administrative tasks related to employee benefits, disciplinary actions, and labor relations. This position requires a proactive professional who can implement HR best practices, support employee welfare, and assist management in strategic HR initiatives to contribute to the companys overall success.
Responsibilities
 

  • Assist management in preparing and implementing the organizational structure with clear reporting lines.
  • Update time and motion studies to determine sanctioned staffing levels and monitor adherence.
  • Develop comprehensive job descriptions outlining qualifications and experience required for each position.
  • Prepare and update human resource policies and manuals in line with industry best practices.
  • Create and maintain a data bank for all job positions within the organization.
  • Support hiring processes including advertising vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating employment terms.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide management with insights for continuous improvement.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Provide counseling to employees to encourage responsibility and accountability.
  • Design career development paths and monitor employee growth and progression.
  • Develop succession plans to ensure continuity and organizational stability.
  • Establish performance appraisal criteria and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all roles.
  • Review and discuss individual KPIs with employees regularly to maintain performance standards.
  • Maintain detailed personnel records and manage data entry in the companys ERP software.
  • Monitor attendance records to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise payroll preparation and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Oversee full and final settlements for employees leaving the organization, including handover procedures.
  • Manage employee leave records and supervise related administrative processes.
  • Take disciplinary actions as necessary, ensuring compliance with company rules and labor laws.
  • Handle industrial relations matters and liaise with regulatory bodies including labor offices and social security institutions.
  • Oversee staff transportation services to guarantee efficient pick-up and drop-off facilities.
  • Manage employee canteen operations to ensure provision of quality and nutritious meals.
  • Address health, safety, and environmental concerns affecting employees.
  • Authorize and monitor employee overtime, verifying justification and output results.
  • Administer and resolve employee vehicle-related issues as applicable.
  • Coordinate with labor contractors on daily labor-related issues to maintain smooth operations.
  • Manage staff loans and advances, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Handle group insurance matters for employees and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by management to support organizational objectives.
