Job Description

The Head of Operations at HRSI is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the operational strategy and ensuring the efficient execution of business activities across the organization. This position involves developing and implementing comprehensive operational plans aligned with company objectives, optimizing processes to enhance productivity, and maintaining high standards of performance. A critical aspect of the role is managing a large team of 200 professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Head of Operations plays a pivotal role in resource management, budget oversight, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, thereby supporting sustainable growth and operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional departments including finance, human resources, and sales to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with overall business goals. By establishing key performance indicators and monitoring operational outcomes, the Head of Operations will drive data-informed decisions and spearhead initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce risks. This role demands at least two years of relevant experience and a solid educational background in business or operations management.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and execute operational strategies that align with HRSI's business objectives and growth plans.
  • Translate high-level business goals into actionable operational plans and efficient processes.
  • Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements for cost-effectiveness and enhanced productivity.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and drive accountability.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of 200 employees, promoting a high-performance culture focused on results and continuous development.
  • Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources across the operations function.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments such as finance, human resources, and sales to ensure coordinated efforts and smooth business operations.
  • Identify potential operational risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to minimize impact on business activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organizational policies to maintain operational integrity.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate operational performance and deliver regular reports to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics and feedback to optimize operational outcomes.
  • Manage the integration of new technologies and tools that support operational efficiency and scalability.
