Position Details

Position Title: Graphic Designer [Level 1]

Start Date: 8th June, 2026

Salary: PKR 70,000 – 120,000 per month (depending on experience)

Working Hours: 4:00 AM – 11:30 AM (Monday to Friday), GMT+5 — includes a 30-minute lunch break

Work Arrangement: Full-time, Remote


 

Role Description

This role carries significant responsibility across artwork preparation, production design, and client support. The ideal candidate will have strong creative abilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple design tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design Execution: Prepare high-quality visual solutions, including proofs/mock-ups, placement art, supplier art, and print-ready files in line with client requirements and Brand Bridge standards.
  • Dedicated Client Design Support: Manage and complete daily graphic design requirements for assigned clients, including artwork preparation, revisions, mock-ups, and production-ready files while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Artwork Preparation & Production: Create and amend artwork files suitable for embroidery, screen printing, DTF, digital print, and other production methods as required.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough self-checks on all artwork before submission to ensure correct spelling, sizing, placement, branding consistency, and technical compliance.
  • Client Communication Support: Communicate professionally with assigned clients regarding artwork updates, revisions, approvals, and design-related queries when required.
  • Supplier & Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure artwork requirements, specifications, and deadlines are met accurately.
  • Task & Workflow Management: Prioritise and manage multiple design tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Assist in resolving design and production-related challenges while adapting to changing client requirements and timelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with senior designers and management, taking direction where required and contributing positively to the overall team environment.
  • Learning & Development: Continuously improve design, production, and technical skills through training, feedback, and hands-on experience.


 

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required) and Adobe Photoshop (advantage)
  • At least 2+ years of professional work experience in the Graphics field (required)
  • Strong graphic design and artwork preparation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow branding guidelines accurately
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Experience in the promotional products, print, or apparel industry (preferred)
  • Familiarity with screen printing, DTF, or print production processes (advantage)
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with tools like Gmail, Google Chats, Monday.com/Asana/Trello (advantage)
