Graphic Designer

Thelaywala seeks a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least two years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role demands a strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, alongside skills in typography, branding, and layout design. The candidate should demonstrate expertise in color theory, print design, digital illustration, and user interface design to produce visually compelling graphics that align with our brand identity. This position emphasizes creative problem solving and thorough photo editing and image retouching abilities to support a variety of projects across digital and print media. The Graphic Designer will work independently and collaboratively without managing a team, contributing to the company’s creative goals and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create original graphic designs for print and digital media that effectively communicate the company’s brand message and marketing objectives.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality visuals, including logos, brochures, advertisements, and web graphics.
• Apply proficiency in typography, color theory, and layout design principles to enhance the aesthetic quality and clarity of all graphic materials.
• Produce digital illustrations and user interface designs that improve user experience and engagement across various platforms.
• Edit, retouch, and enhance images to meet specific project requirements and maintain consistency in visual presentation.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand project scopes, provide creative solutions, and deliver graphics that meet business needs.
• Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and are adaptable for various formats and sizes to maintain consistency across all media.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative processes and outputs.
• Communicate design ideas clearly and effectively during reviews and incorporate feedback constructively to refine final products.
