Monthly Salary: PKR 180,000

This is a full-time remote position with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 11 am to 7 pm Sydney, Australia Time (5 a.m to 1 p.m Pakistan Standard Time)

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing successful Google Ads campaigns for a variety of clients, particularly within the healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing high-performing paid search campaigns to drive growth for our clients’ practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns for dental and medical practices, ensuring alignment with the overall digital marketing strategy.
Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and bid management to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance based on client KPIs, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and ad creatives as necessary.
Develop and execute A/B testing plans to identify optimal ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion strategies.
Provide regular campaign performance reports and insights to clients, making data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates, sharing learnings with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance Google Ads management workflow efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
Google Ads certification is a plus.
Proven track record of managing high-performing paid search campaigns and achieving client KPIs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
