We are a leading digital marketing agency seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote, full-time position ideal for someone with 1–3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience who wants to grow their skills and work on eCommerce, lead generation, and performance marketing campaigns.
The role requires someone who can launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, and remarketing campaigns. Google Ads will be the main platform for this role.
The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, coachable, and willing to take ownership of campaign performance. You should be comfortable reviewing data, identifying performance issues, making optimization decisions, and helping improve account results over time.

Key Responsibilities
Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads.
Manage Google Ads campaigns as the primary advertising platform, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, and remarketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimization decisions based on data.
Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, impression share, search terms, quality score, AOV, LTV, and CAC.
Optimize campaigns through keyword research, negative keywords, bidding strategies, budget allocation, ad copy testing, audience targeting, feed improvements, and landing page recommendations.
Manage and optimize Performance Max campaigns, including asset groups, listing groups, audience signals, search term insights, product performance, and creative performance.
Support Google Shopping campaign performance through Merchant Center checks, product feed reviews, product segmentation, and product-level analysis.
Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance, conversion rates, AOV, LTV, and other business metrics.
Prepare clear and actionable reports using Google Sheets, GA4, Looker Studio, Whatagraph, or similar reporting tools.
Provide creative and landing page recommendations to improve ad performance, including headlines, descriptions, offers, hooks, visuals, user experience, and conversion paths.
Create simple creative briefs for designers, video editors, and content creators when needed for YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, or Performance Max campaigns.
Support tracking setup and quality assurance using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Enhanced Conversions, UTMs, and conversion events.
Communicate campaign updates clearly with internal teams and clients through Slack, email, or Zoom.
Collaborate with account management, creative, and analytics teams to align Google Ads strategies with client goals.
Follow internal processes, SOPs, and campaign checklists.
Stay up to date with Google Ads platform updates, paid media trends, automation changes, tracking updates, and performance marketing best practices.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Ideally 1–3 years of total paid media experience.
Experience working with eCommerce, DTC, lead generation, or direct-response campaigns.
Good understanding of Google Ads campaign structures, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, and remarketing.
Experience managing Search campaigns, including keyword research, match types, negative keywords, search term analysis, ad copy testing, and bidding strategies.
Experience managing Shopping or Performance Max campaigns for eCommerce brands is strongly preferred.
Understanding of paid media metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CVR, AOV, LTV, CAC, impression share, quality score, and conversion value.
Ability to analyze campaign performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Experience preparing reports in Google Sheets, GA4, Looker Studio, Whatagraph, or similar tools is preferred.
Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feeds is preferred.
Experience setting up or checking tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Enhanced Conversions, and UTMs is a plus.
Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, or other paid social platforms is a plus.
Experience creating simple ad concepts, visuals, or briefs using Canva or other design tools is a plus.
Upper-intermediate written and spoken English skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively within a remote team environment.
Teamwork, ownership, and willingness to take initiative.
Coachability and willingness to learn through training and feedback.
Dedication and commitment. This is a full-time role.
Time tracking is required.
Working hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, local time. You’ll need to be available and respond quickly during business hours.
