As we continue growing our brands and audiences, we’re looking for someone to help build and scale our email marketing systems across multiple channels and businesses.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Email Marketing Specialist who can build and grow our email marketing function from the ground up.
This is not just a campaign management role — we want someone who can think strategically, take ownership, identify opportunities, and execute independently.
You’ll work primarily with GoHighLevel and Beehiiv to manage newsletters, automations, lifecycle campaigns, lead nurturing, and audience growth across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
Email Campaigns & Strategy
- Plan and execute newsletters, promotional campaigns, and product launches
- Create email calendars and maintain consistent communication across brands
- Improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
Lifecycle Marketing & Automation
- Build and optimize automated email flows including:
- Welcome sequences
- Lead nurture campaigns
- Re-engagement campaigns
- Onboarding and retention flows
- Create customer journeys based on audience behavior and lifecycle stages
Segmentation & Audience Growth
- Build and manage segmented email lists
- Improve lead capture and subscriber growth across channels
- Segment audiences based on engagement, behavior, and acquisition source
Analytics & Optimization
- Track campaign performance and key email metrics
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, copy, CTAs, and send times
- Monitor deliverability, list hygiene, and overall email health
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing
- Experience building email systems and automations from scratch
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and Beehiiv
- Strong understanding of segmentation and customer journeys
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and campaigns at once
