We are looking for experienced Freelance Recruiters with US Aerospace industry hiring experience to support our recruitment projects. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified aerospace professionals for US-based aerospace positions.

Responsibilities:

• Source US aerospace industry candidates (Engineers, Technicians, Project Managers, Aviation Specialists, etc.)
• Screen and shortlist qualified candidates
• Submit 2+ qualified candidates per day per job opening
• Coordinate with the recruitment team
• Maintain candidate pipeline and regular updates

Requirements:

• Experience recruiting in the US Aerospace industry
• Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing skills
• Understanding of US hiring standards and recruitment process
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely

Compensation:

• Commission based $200 - $400 per successful placement
• Flexible working hours.
