We are hiring Food Court Manager

Responsible for managing vendor relationships, onboarding new food brands, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination within the food court.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Manage and maintain strong relationships with food vendors, restaurant brands, and business partners.

✔️ Identify and approach potential food brands/vendors to expand the food court's vendor mix.

✔️ Manage the complete vendor onboarding process, from initial discussions and documentation to operational setup.

✔️ Coordinate with vendors regarding commercial terms, requirements, space allocation, and operational matters.

✔️ Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and resolve day-to-day issues efficiently.

✔️ Monitor vendor performance, customer feedback, service quality, and compliance with food court policies.

✔️ Coordinate with vendors for promotions, events, campaigns, and special activities to increase footfall and sales.

✔️ Ensure vendors follow agreed SOPs, hygiene standards, operating timings, and food court policies.

✔️ Maintain regular communication with vendors and conduct meetings to address concerns and identify improvement opportunities.

✔️ Prepare vendor performance updates and reports for management.

✔️ Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Security teams to ensure smooth food court operations.

✔️ Support vendor retention and identify opportunities to improve occupancy, customer experience, and overall food court performance.

Requirements

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.

✔️ 3–5 years of relevant experience in Food Court Management, Hospitality, Retail, Vendor Management, Business Development, or a similar role.

✔️ Strong experience in vendor relationship management and onboarding.

✔️ Good understanding of food & beverage operations and commercial coordination.

✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Strong ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders simultaneously.

✔️ Proactive, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
