Restaurant Shift Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Shift Manager to join our fast-growing fast food restaurant, known for bold wing flavors and exceptional customer service. Based in Nishat Commercial, this role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities. As a key leader during your shifts, you will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high-quality food and service standards, and lead a dynamic team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. This hands-on position suits someone organized, proactive, and eager to grow into higher leadership roles as the company rapidly expands.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise team members throughout assigned shifts to maintain high performance and productivity. Ensure excellent customer service by promptly addressing and resolving guest concerns. Oversee food preparation, quality control, and presentation to meet company standards consistently. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance at all times within the restaurant. Manage shift schedules, breaks, and monitor team productivity effectively to optimize operations. Handle cash management, operate POS systems, and complete accurate end-of-shift reporting. Train and onboard new employees to ensure smooth integration and consistent performance. Support inventory management and stock control processes to avoid shortages or waste. Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures. Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and efficient service delivery to meet business targets.

Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fast food or quick-service restaurant environment is essential. Leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory, as strong communication and team leadership skills are crucial. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting with a problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail. Flexible availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills and computer proficiency are necessary to manage cash handling and reporting tasks.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
