One of our premier clients in the aviation sector is looking for an experienced and energetic professional to join their team as a VIP Flight Attendant.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, security, comfort, and personalized hospitality for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate executives, and VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Flight Preparation & Menu Planning

• Manage end-to-end cabin preparation, ensuring the aircraft interior is immaculate, fully stocked, and compliant with VIP aviation standards prior to passenger boarding.
• Coordinate bespoke menu planning and high-end catering orders based on passenger dietary preferences, cultural requirements, and specific flight profiles.
• Conduct inventory checks of cabin stock, fine dining tableware, linens, luxury amenities, and emergency equipment before departure.

2. In-Flight Service & Cabin Hospitality

• Welcome VIP passengers on board with warm, discreet, and personalized hospitality.
• Execute high-standard, fine-dining food and beverage service (including silver service, plating, wine pairing, and customized coffee/tea service).
• Provide continuous cabin care throughout the flight, ensuring guest comfort, cleanliness, and immediate attention to passenger requests.

3. Safety, Emergency & Regulatory Compliance

• Perform all mandatory pre-flight safety checks, passenger briefings, and emergency procedures in full compliance with civil aviation regulations and company Safety Management System (SMS) protocols.
• Maintain composure and act decisively during emergencies, turbulence, or medical incidents, prioritizing passenger safety at all times.
• Coordinate closely with the Flight Crew (Captains/First Officers) regarding flight duration, weather conditions, service timing, and security protocols.

4. Post-Flight Duties & Administrative Record-Keeping

• Ensure proper post-flight aircraft cleaning, restock logging, and secure storage of high-value cabin equipment and fine tableware.
• Report any cabin defects, maintenance requirements, or service discrepancies to the flight crew and ground operations team immediately.
• Reconcile catering invoices, cabin expense receipts, and flight duty logs accurately.

Required Qualifications & Key Competencies:

• Education: Higher Secondary / bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Tourism, Aviation, or a related field.

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven flying experience as a Flight Attendant, experience in Corporate/Private Aviation (Business Jets) or premium First/Business Class cabin service will be added advantage.
• Safety Certifications: Valid Cabin Crew Safety / Emergency Procedures (SEP) training certification and medical fitness clearance from Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA).
