We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office and able to handle routine administrative and computer-based tasks efficiently.

Location preference: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 1 or nearby areas

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and format documents using MS Word, Excel
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and basic communication
  • Maintain files, documents, and office records
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations
  • Manage office supplies and basic administrative tasks
  • Support team members with day-to-day office work
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT or AI tools to assist in drafting emails

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs38,000.00 per month
