Bluebird Arts is a fast-growing artist paints and supplies brand built on manufacturing expertise dating back to 1956. Since launching in April 2020, we have grown into a multi-channel brand with franchise outlets across Pakistan, 100+ local stockists, a dedicated studio in Lahore, and an international presence spanning Amazon UAE, Amazon USA, and Sri Lanka.

Our ambition is clear: to take Bluebird Arts to 50+ countries. This role exists to make that happen.

Role Summary

The Export Development Manager will drive Bluebird Arts' international growth across three core areas: coordinating our existing Amazon team with Supply Chain Management, managing our Alibaba account, and developing new international business while strengthening relationships with our existing distributors.

This role is the connective tissue between our internal supply chain and our outward-facing export channels — equal parts commercial hunter and operational coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

1. Amazon Channel Coordination

• Manage day-to-day coordination between the existing Amazon team and the Supply Chain Management (SCM) function to ensure smooth inventory planning, replenishment, and fulfilment across Amazon UAE and USA.
• Act as the single point of contact bridging SCM and the Amazon team, resolving stock, shipment, and timeline issues before they affect listings or sales.
• Monitor channel performance and work with both teams to keep inventory levels, lead times, and order flow aligned.

2. Alibaba Account Management

• Own and manage Bluebird Arts' Alibaba account end to end, including product listings, content, and storefront presentation.
• Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries and RFQs, and convert leads into orders and long-term buyers.
• Optimise the account for visibility and lead generation, and report on performance against targets.

3. International Business Development & Distributor Management

• Develop new international business — identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new distributors, agents, and buyers in target markets.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing distributors, ensuring reorders, support, and market growth.
• Develop market-specific pricing and go-to-market approaches aligned with margin targets, with a priority focus on the GCC/Middle East and South Asia.

Supporting Responsibilities

• Coordinate export documentation, Incoterms, shipping, and customs in support of the channels above.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor insight, and product feedback to leadership.
• Represent Bluebird Arts at relevant international trade shows and B2B events where required.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in export/international sales, ideally in FMCG, consumer goods, stationery, or art supplies.
• Strong working knowledge of export procedures, documentation, Incoterms, and international logistics.
• Proven track record of opening new markets and managing distributor networks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

Preferred

• Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts.
• Experience managing an Alibaba.com B2B account, including inquiry handling and lead conversion.
• Familiarity with GCC and South Asian import/distribution landscapes.
• Knowledge of product compliance and certification for consumer/art products.
• Proficiency in a second language (Arabic or another relevant export-market language) is an advantage.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
