Job Title:

Dispatcher Agent – Logistics / Freight Dispatching

Location:

On-site / Call Center (Pakistan) – Serving US Market

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Dispatcher Agent responsible for managing daily operations of assigned trucks and drivers in the US market. The dispatcher will find loads, negotiate rates, plan routes, and ensure smooth delivery operations while maximizing profits and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:1. Load Booking & Planning

• Search and book loads using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
• Plan routes based on driver location, HOS (Hours of Service), and delivery schedules
• Ensure minimal deadhead (empty miles)

2. Rate Negotiation

• Negotiate with brokers to secure the best possible rates
• Understand market rates and lane pricing
• Maximize profit margins per load

3. Driver Coordination

• Communicate with drivers throughout the day
• Provide pickup and delivery details
• Monitor driver availability and status

4. Shipment Tracking

• Track shipments from pickup to delivery
• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
• Handle delays or issues proactively

5. Documentation Handling

• Manage Rate Confirmations (RC)
• Ensure POD (Proof of Delivery) is received after delivery
• Maintain records of loads and documents

6. Problem Solving

• Handle breakdowns, delays, detention issues, TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used)
• Communicate with brokers and drivers to resolve issues quickly

7. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure drivers follow HOS regulations
• Avoid violations and ensure legal compliance

KPIs (Performance Metrics):

• Loads booked per truck per week
• Deadhead percentage (keep low)
• On-time pickup & delivery rate
• Driver satisfaction & retention

Required Skills: Logistics Knowledge

• Understanding of US trucking industry (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed)
• Knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop – preferred)

Communication Skills

• Strong English communication
• Ability to handle brokers and drivers professionally

Negotiation Skills

• Strong rate negotiation ability
• Confident in dealing with US brokers

Problem-Solving

• Ability to handle pressure and real-time issues
• Quick decision-making skills

Technical Skills

• CRM / Dispatch software experience (optional but preferred)
• Basic Excel knowledge

Experience:

• 6 months to 2+ years in dispatching or logistics (preferred)
• Fresh candidates can be trained (if smart and fast learners)

Working Hours:

• Night shift (7 PM to 3 AM)
