EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a diligent Executive Officer specializing in Sales Quality and Mystery Shopping to spearhead field evaluation initiatives within the South region, covering both Bancassurance and Direct Sales Force channels. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, objectivity, and consistency of sales quality assessments and customer experience evaluations. This position demands strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently without managing a team, focusing on improving process quality and client satisfaction through detailed evaluation and effective stakeholder communication. This role requires a professional with at least one year of experience in the insurance industry and proficiency in using MS Office tools. The Executive Officer must demonstrate strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the capability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the enhancement of sales standards and customer engagement strategies, ensuring that evaluation findings lead to meaningful improvements across the specified channels.
Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and manage field evaluation projects specifically targeting the South region, encompassing both Bancassurance and Direct Sales Force channels.
  • Conduct comprehensive sales quality evaluations and customer experience analyses to identify strengths and areas for improvement within sales processes.
  • Ensure that all evaluation findings are accurate, objective, and consistent across different regions and teams to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Review and validate field assessment reports submitted by regional monitoring personnel to verify data accuracy and report completeness.
  • Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders to clarify evaluation criteria, share insights, and collaborate on process improvements.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to sales quality and mystery shopping activities, presenting actionable recommendations based on evidence.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams and departments to facilitate smooth execution of evaluations while adhering to project deadlines and company policies.
  • Monitor trends in sales performance and customer interactions to help design targeted strategies that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuously update knowledge on industry standards and best practices to align evaluation techniques with current market requirements.
  • Use MS Office tools proficiently to prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation that support decision-making processes.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive customer and company information during evaluations.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience under pressure.
  • Support management by providing insights and feedback on field evaluation processes to aid in strategic planning and quality enhancement.
  • Participate in training sessions and development programs to improve skills relevant to sales quality and customer experience analysis.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures related to sales quality assessments and mystery shopping initiatives.
