HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Executive Claims & Vendor Management professional with at least four years of experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in claims management, vendor relationship management, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, process improvement, and claims analysis and reporting. In this role, the executive is responsible for analyzing claims data to identify trends and potential risks and for developing effective strategies to mitigate risk and prevent future claims. The position requires an individual who is skilled in utilizing data analytics to assess claims performance and implement data-driven improvements to increase efficiency while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Furthermore, the role involves carefully registering and selecting vendors based on thorough performance and efficiency evaluations to support seamless operations. The candidate is expected to prioritize customer satisfaction by handling claims promptly and professionally while maintaining strong vendor partnerships. This role does not include managing a team but requires collaboration with cross-functional departments to align claims processes with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
 

  • Analyze claims data regularly to detect trends, identify risks, and recommend actionable strategies to reduce future claims exposure.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans aimed at minimizing the frequency and impact of claims.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics tools to measure claims processing performance and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Conduct detailed claims analysis and generate comprehensive reports that inform senior management decisions and policy adjustments.
  • Manage vendor registration and selection procedures through systematic evaluation of vendor performance, quality, and efficiency criteria.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships by monitoring service delivery, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Ensure all claims handling activities adhere to regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks to mitigate compliance risks.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within the claims and vendor management areas to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
  • Prioritize and resolve customer claims swiftly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction and uphold the companys reputation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to integrate claims insights into broader risk management and operational efforts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of claims and vendor activities to support audits, investigations, and reporting requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in claims and vendor management to continuously refine strategies.
