The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing ERP projects, understanding industry-specific workflows, and ensuring seamless software implementation.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience as an ERP Consultant or Project Manager, preferably in the rice industry or ERP software for rice mills.
• Strong understanding of rice mill operations, supply chain, inventory management, and production processes.
• Experience with ERP systems tailored for the agriculture, food processing, or rice industry.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with industry-specific ERP software.
• Knowledge of database management and system integrations.
• Experience in training teams and providing ERP user support.
