Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi, Pakistan for an Email Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is a creative strategist and Klaviyo expert who can own our entire email marketing channel end-to-end: from coming up with campaign ideas and writing compelling copy, to designing the emails and building them inside Klaviyo. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly drive revenue and customer retention for a fast-growing e-commerce brand.

Working Hours Monday to Friday: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (Aligns with 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Email Strategy: Develop and manage a monthly email calendar: deciding what to send, when, and to which segments
• Copywriting & Scripting: Write compelling subject lines, body copy, and CTAs that drive opens, clicks, and conversions
• Email Design: Design visually on-brand emails that are clean, engaging, and conversion-focused
• Klaviyo Management: Build and manage all flows including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, and browse abandonment
• Segmentation: Build and maintain smart audience segments to ensure the right message reaches the right customer
• A/B Testing: Continuously test subject lines, content, and send times to improve performance
• Reporting: Track and report on key metrics including open rate, click rate, revenue per email, and list growth

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience managing email marketing for an e-commerce brand
• Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo: flows, segments, campaigns, and analytics
• Ability to concept, script, and write emails independently without heavy direction
• Strong design sensibility and ability to build visually compelling emails inside Klaviyo
• Understanding of e-commerce email best practices and customer lifecycle marketing
• Experience with A/B testing and making data-driven decisions
• Must be based in Karachi and available to work on-site
