Elevator Technician

Hi-Tech Lifts is seeking a skilled Elevator Technician with at least three years of hands-on experience to join our growing team in Karachi. The ideal candidate specializes in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of elevators, specifically familiar with Monarch and Aybey elevator control systems. This role demands a professional who can effectively diagnose and resolve faults, ensuring the safety and reliability of elevator operations. The technician will work closely with a small team, providing technical support and responding promptly to breakdown calls to minimize downtime and maintain customer satisfaction. The Elevator Technician at Hi-Tech Lifts plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of elevator systems. This full-time position requires a deep understanding of electrical components and control systems, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly. The technician will be responsible for routine inspections, preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and installation projects while adhering to all safety regulations and standards. Responsibilities
 

• Install elevator systems according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and inspections to ensure optimal elevator performance.
• Diagnose system faults and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently.
• Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and service visits.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls and restore elevator functionality.
• Collaborate with the team member to coordinate tasks and share technical knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical standards during all operations.
• Operate and maintain tools and diagnostic equipment needed for elevator servicing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Monarch and Aybey elevator control systems and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the junior team member as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs, maintenance schedules, and recommended actions.
• Participate in continuous training and development to enhance technical skills and stay current with evolving technologies.
