Full job description

  • Create and manage inventory of items to be sold online and ensure proper updates to it.
  • Determine customers’ requirements online and provide them with suggestions.
  • Look through the inventory to determine if customers’ required items are available.
  • Provide customers with information on statuses of desired items, including availability and delivery timeline.
  • Resolve customers’ complaints and issues, by using arbitrary procedures established by the company.
  • Respond to customer’s queries over email, calls and through the website's chat support.
  • Company will train you regarding their software and websites.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (4 – years will be preferred)
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Proficient documentation skills including MS Office and web searching.
  • Capable to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must be Proficient in English
