E-commerce Operations Associate

Zero Lifestyle is looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Associate to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, with a strong focus on courier management, claims handling, and order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and order execution.
• Coordinate with multiple courier partners, ensuring timely pickups and delivery verification.
• Handle weekly claims, DV unpaid cases, and outstanding claims.
• Monitor non-live and stuck orders and ensure timely resolution.
• Review delivery-related customer complaints and take appropriate action.
• Track courier performance and ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling multiple courier partners.
• Strong background in e-commerce operations.
• Hands-on experience in courier coordination and claims management.
• Strong ownership, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with OMS, ERP, or WMS systems will be an added advantage.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Location: SMCHS, Karachi

Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
