E-commerce Executive - Amazon Wholesale FBA

We are looking for an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Virtual Assistant specializing in Amazon Wholesale FBA to join our team in Karachi.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Amazon Wholesale accounts and be comfortable handling product research, supplier sourcing, profitability analysis, listings, inventory, and day-to-day Seller Central operations.

Experience analyzing:

• Buy Box
• Sales rank/BSR
• Competition
• FBA fees and Amazon fees
• Profit margins and ROI
• Sales history and demand
• Experience finding and evaluating brands, wholesalers, distributors, and suppliers
• Understanding of brand restrictions, category gating, and product/brand approvals
• Experience with Amazon FBA shipments, inventory management, and replenishment
• Listing management and optimization
• Understanding of Amazon Buy Box and competitive pricing
• Experience monitoring inventory levels and avoiding stockouts/overstock
• Familiarity with Amazon PPC and promotions
• Ability to monitor account health, sales performance, and profitability
• Experience using Amazon research and sourcing tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp, Helium 10, or similar tools

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct wholesale product and brand research
• Find and evaluate potential suppliers and distributors
• Analyze supplier price lists and identify profitable products
• Calculate Amazon fees, ROI, profit margins, and potential sales
• Analyze Keepa charts and product sales history
• Check competition, Buy Box ownership, and seller count
• Identify products suitable for FBA
• Assist with supplier outreach and account setup
• Manage product listings and inventory
• Prepare and manage FBA shipments
• Monitor sales, inventory, pricing, and Buy Box performance
• Identify replenishment opportunities
• Monitor PPC and overall product performance
• Maintain product research and sourcing spreadsheets
• Provide regular reports on sourcing, sales, inventory, and profitability

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven e-commerce experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Proven experience specifically with Amazon Wholesale FBA
• Experience with wholesale product research and sourcing
• Ability to identify and evaluate profitable wholesale products

Important

This position is specifically for Amazon Wholesale FBA.

Candidates whose primary experience is only in Amazon OA, dropshipping, FBM, or basic listing/data-entry work will not be considered unless they also have strong Wholesale FBA experience.

Location: Brooks roundabout, Korangi industrial area, Karachi, Pakistan (In-Person Only)

Timings: Mon to Fri (5 pm to 3 am)
