Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Driver Recruiter & Safety Manager. The individual will lead efforts in recruiting skilled CDL drivers, fostering driver retention, and ensuring compliance with DOT regulations. Daily responsibilities include managing recruitment pipelines, implementing safety training programs, responding to driver inquiries, monitoring safety compliance, and addressing operational issues related to drivers. Building strong relationships with drivers and ensuring their satisfaction is a critical aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT Regulations and experience ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Proven skills in Hiring and Driver Retention, including managing recruitment pipelines and fostering positive driver relationships
• Strong Communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders effectively
• Customer Service abilities to address driver concerns and promote a positive company culture
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with trucking industry standards and practices is a plus
• Proficiency in using technology and software for recruitment, scheduling, and compliance tracking
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in logistics or safety management is preferred
