Director of Revenue Cycle Management (Remote, Full-Time)

We have an opening for a full-time, fully remote Director of Revenue Cycle Management. The role requires 8 hours of daily overlap with U.S. working hours. This is a direct hire position. We're not looking to partner with billing companies or agencies at this time.

What the role involves:

• Leading billing operations across Fusion and CentralReach — charge entry, claim submission, denial management, payment posting, and AR
• Building and managing a billing team from the ground up
• Driving platform migration and transition planning
• Establishing crosswalk protocols to ensure clean data integrity during migration
• Piloting smart billing automation features
• Overseeing payer credentialing and re-credentialing
• Owning compliance across HIPAA and CMS guidelines
• Managing KPI reporting: clean claim rate, days in AR, denial rate, net collection rate, and cash-per-visit
• Finding new ways to grow revenue through operational improvements and payer collaboration

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years of U.S.-facing behavioral health or ABA billing experience, with at least 3 years leading billing teams
• Hands-on experience with CentralReach is a must; Fusion experience is a strong plus
• Track record of building and managing offshore or distributed teams with U.S. time zone overlap
• Solid knowledge of CMS-1500 billing, ICD-10/CPT coding, ERA/EOB reconciliation, and HIPAA compliance
• Strong communicator who can lead meetings with leadership, cross-functional teams, and payer contacts
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health information management, or related field required; master's preferred
• Certifications like CPB, CRCP, or CCS are a plus
• Someone with integrity, a proactive mindset, and real enthusiasm for using technology to solve hard problems in healthcare
