Position: Director of Administration

🎓 Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in:
    • Medical Administration
    • Health Services Management
    • Public Health Services Management
    • Hospital Administration

💼 Experience Requirements:

  • 15–20 years of professional experience in healthcare services
  • Minimum 5–10 years of administrative or managerial experience in:
    • Hospital Administration
    • Healthcare Project Management
    • Human Resources Management


Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of 40 administrative professionals, promoting a high-performance culture and professional development.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for hospital administration and healthcare project management that align with the foundation's mission and objectives.
  • Oversee all human resource management functions including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and workforce planning to build a competent and motivated team.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards to maintain operational integrity and quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental activities to streamline hospital administration and improve service efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Analyze administrative processes continuously and introduce improvements to enhance resource utilization and reduce operational costs.
  • Lead administrative budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to support sustainable program and project development.
  • Cultivate strong internal and external communication channels to facilitate effective information flow and stakeholder engagement.
  • Make well-informed, timely decisions to address organizational challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of administrative units to ensure alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare regulators, partners, and relevant governmental bodies to ensure compliance and foster collaboration.
  • Champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical management across all administrative activities.
  • Provide expert guidance on policy development and implementation related to healthcare administration and human resources.
  • Support the foundation's leadership in achieving long-term organizational goals through proactive and innovative administrative leadership.
  • Facilitate training and development programs tailored to enhance administrative and leadership skills among team members.
