Job Summary:

• We are looking for a vital and professionally sound Customer Support Representative for our international Client (US based), its like a front Desk Officer for the health sector based in USA.

Job Description:

• Patient Assistance – Receive and respond to patient calls regarding appointments, inquiries, and support services.
• Scheduling – Manage patient appointments with doctors/clinics.
• Communication – Act as a link between patients and healthcare providers.

Job Requirement :

• O-A levels Fresh or Intermediate / Graduation.
