We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who can manage client queries efficiently and ensure smooth communication.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and handle client queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Clearly understand customer issues and requirements
  • Forward queries to the relevant internal team
  • Follow up internally to ensure timely resolution
  • Keep clients updated on status and progress
  • Maintain records of issues and resolutions

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to understand problems quickly and explain clearly
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM or software systems (preferred)
  • Patient, professional, and customer-focused attitude

  • Karachi (On-site / Remote optional)
