Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, handling communications via email, phone, and live chat.

Provide detailed and accurate information about our products, services, and company policies.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with precision and care.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently exceeding expectations.

Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in a customer-facing support role is essential.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
A patient, empathetic, and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Experience within the e-commerce, health, or wellness sectors would be an advantage.
