Role Description

 

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Karāchi. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You'll manage incoming calls and emails, maintain accurate records, and deliver a consistent and engaging customer experience. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with teams to improve processes, meet service level agreements, and provide tailored solutions to customer needs.


 

Qualifications

 

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage time effectively, and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or support role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and related software is highly desirable.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
