Customer Sales Executive

**Job Title:** Sales & Customer Interaction Executive (Chat-Based)

**Job Description:**

We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our growing team. The role involves interacting with new and recurring customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales through chat and calls. You will be responsible for promoting and selling services across multiple platforms, including social media.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Engage with customers via chat and calls in a professional and friendly manner

* Generate and follow up on leads to close sales

* Promote company services, including graphic design, web development, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) marketing, and vehicle exports

* Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction

* Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth

**Requirements:**

* Minimum qualification: Matric / Intermediate / Graduate

* Basic English communication skills (written & spoken)

* Freshers are encouraged to apply

* Good communication and persuasion skills

* Ability to work in a team and handle pressure

**Job Details:**

* **Job Type:** Salary + Commission Based

* **Salary:** PKR 15,000 up to 100,000+ (based on performance & commission)

* **Timings (Non-Rotational Shifts):**

* Day Shift: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

* Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

* **Location:** Plot R-190, Block F, Gulshan-e-Jamal, Near Millennium Mall, Karachi

* **Facilities:** No pick & drop service available (ATM)
