Job Description:
MytutorPod is seeking a proactive and organized Customer Relations Officer (CRO) who will play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between students and teachers. As a CRO, you will be the primary point of contact for students, responsible for managing and resolving scheduling conflicts, arranging makeup sessions, handling monthly billing processes, and ensuring a seamless learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Session Scheduling:
o Coordinate the scheduling of regular and makeup sessions between students and teachers.
o Manage conflicts related to teacher or student availability and arrange suitable alternatives.
2. Teacher-Student Coordination:
o Serve as a bridge between students and teachers, ensuring both parties are well-informed of any changes in class schedules.
o Facilitate clear and effective communication between teachers and students to maintain a positive learning environment.
3. Makeup Sessions Management:
o Ensure makeup sessions are scheduled efficiently when either the student or teacher is unavailable for a planned class.
o Maintain an up-to-date record of all missed classes and scheduled makeup sessions.
4. Billing and Invoicing:
o Monthly Billing Management:
Be responsible for the monthly billing process for all assigned students.
Prepare and send invoices to students or their guardians on a monthly basis.
Proactively communicate with students or guardians to remind them of upcoming payments and ensure invoices are settled in a timely manner.
o Payment Follow-Up:
Follow up with students or their guardians to ensure that all outstanding invoices are paid by the due date.
Address and resolve any billing discrepancies or payment-related issues with the finance department or student.
