Burraq Engineering seeks a dedicated CRM and Sales Specialist with at least three years of experience to enhance customer relationship management and drive sales growth. The specialist will manage CRM software platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring the accuracy and currency of customer data to support effective decision-making. This role involves generating and qualifying leads, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement and increase revenue opportunities. The candidate will play a critical role in tracking sales progress, preparing insightful reports, and supporting campaign management efforts. Although this position does not involve team management, strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to work closely with other departments.
Responsibilities
 

  • Manage and maintain CRM software technologies to ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer data across platforms.
  • Conduct lead generation initiatives and qualify prospects to support the sales pipeline and foster new business opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data using advanced tools such as Excel and data visualization software to prepare comprehensive and actionable reports on key sales metrics and trends.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to efficiently track customer interactions, monitor sales progress, and manage pipeline activities for optimized sales performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor CRM system effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to improve user experience and data accuracy.
  • Generate accurate sales forecasts by interpreting data trends to support strategic decision-making within the sales function.
  • Support campaign management efforts by tracking customer responses, analyzing sales outcomes, and providing detailed reports to optimize campaign performance.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy legislation and internal company policies in handling and protecting customer data.Assist in training and onboarding colleagues on CRM usage, best practices, and software enhancements to promote adoption and maximize CRM effectiveness
