Creative Designer

Faysal Bank Ltd is seeking an innovative Creative Designer with at least four years of experience to join their dynamic team. This role demands expertise in graphic design, brand identity development, layout design, and creative concept development, all aimed at elevating the bank's brand presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in brand strategy along with the ability to contribute to compelling visual storytelling through various formats, including videography and photography. While the position does not involve managing a team, it requires close collaboration with internal departments and external agencies to deliver high-quality creative content that aligns with the bank’s marketing objectives. The Creative Designer plays a pivotal role in producing engaging content for diverse platforms and channels, including television commercials and digital video content. Candidates must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end TVC and DVC production processes, with a keen eye for shooting, lighting, and composition techniques. Additional expected competencies include basic copywriting and ideation, strong creative thinking, and storytelling capabilities. Prior experience working within an agency environment is advantageous, as it equips the candidate with adaptability and a broad understanding of creative workflows necessary to meet the fast-paced demands of the financial sector.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills:

·       Develop and execute creative campaigns and marketing content

·       Design social media, digital, print, and branding assets

·       Create and edit videos (DVCs, social media, campaigns)

·       Develop motion graphics, animation, and VFX

·       Support storyboarding, scripting, and TVC/DVC production

·       Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

·       Stay updated with design trends, AI tools, and technologies

·       Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

·       Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

·       Strong skills in video editing, animation, and post-production

·       Familiarity with AI tools for generative content

·       Knowledge of color grading, sound, and visual storytelling

·       Strong understanding of design principles and branding
