Job Description

Mehran Sugar Mills is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager specializing in Sugar and Industrial Products to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business-to-business sales management, negotiation, and customer relationship management within the industrial products sector. With at least eight years of relevant sales experience, the candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic market plans, and overseeing a small team to achieve ambitious sales targets. This role demands a results-oriented professional who can analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and maintain robust relationships with key clients. Managing a dedicated team member, the Corporate Sales Manager will ensure seamless coordination and continuous improvement of sales strategies, fostering a productive and motivated sales environment. The position plays a crucial role in expanding Mehran Sugar Mills' market presence and enhancing revenue streams within a competitive industrial market.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for sugar and industrial product lines to meet company targets and expand market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales personnel to enhance productivity and achieve sales goals.
  • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with key customers to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate closely with production, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to inform management of progress and challenges.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to proactively adjust sales tactics.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to promote the companys products.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the sales process.
