Content Creator Female – Real Estate

Zulekha Builders is looking for a creative, confident, and energetic Content Creator to join our team. We are seeking someone who has experience in content creation and real estate sales and is comfortable appearing on camera.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and creative content for our social media platforms.
• Produce reels, short-form videos, promotional content, and property-related videos.
• Appear on camera and confidently represent the company and its projects.
• Create engaging content related to real estate projects, property listings, and sales.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop content that attracts potential customers.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and content formats.
• Support the promotion of real estate projects through creative and informative content.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role.
• Experience in Real Estate Sales is required or highly preferred.
• Candidates with both Content Creation and Real Estate Sales experience will be preferred.
• Must be comfortable and flexible with face reveal/on-camera appearances.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confident personality with the ability to engage an audience.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Basic video editing skills will be an advantage.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for someone who can work as a Content Creator while also understanding the real estate sales process. The ideal candidate should be confident on camera, comfortable with face-to-camera content, and able to communicate property-related information engagingly.

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Location: Bahadurabad, Near Char Minar, Karachi
