Job Title: Client Support Officer

Location: I.I Chundigarh Road
Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: PKR 70,000 – 100,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Client Support Officer to provide exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on pending matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
• Provide product and service information to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare reports on customer feedback and support activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Our office working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. (Monday to Friday) & Saturday is half day from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• The working days are Monday to Saturday, with Sunday as the weekly off.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
