Customer Support Executive-(Night Shift)

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
• Record customer interactions and update information in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Maintain professionalism and comply with company policies.

Requirements

• Fresh to 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Call Center, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
