The Client Service Manager is the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and strong execution of campaigns.
Responsibilities
· Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients
· Coordinate with creative, media, and strategy teams to deliver campaigns on time
· Prepare briefs, timelines, and presentations
· Manage feedback, revisions, and approvals
· Support senior managers on planning and reporting
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
· 1-3 years of experience in an agency or client servicing role
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Good understanding of advertising, digital, and social media
· Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
