This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in international B2B sales, specifically within the AI and software industry.
You will be working directly on outbound sales targeting US-based startups and businesses, gaining exposure to global markets and modern sales practices.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on outbound lead generation and client acquisition for IT and AI software services.
This is not a beginner role. Only candidates with prior experience in IT/software sales outreach should apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and outbound channels
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly (or similar)
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists (US-based businesses)
- Initiate conversations and book qualified meetings/demos
- Follow up consistently to improve response and conversion rates
- Maintain structured tracking of outreach and performance metrics
- Work closely with leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategy
Mandatory Requirements (Strict Screening)
- 1–2 years of experience in IT / Software Sales (Outbound preferred)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
- Strong understanding of lead generation and cold outreach workflows
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Ability to confidently communicate with international clients (US market)
- Willingness to work on-site in DHA Phase II, Karachi (full-time)

- You have only worked in non-tech sales, call centers, or local sales roles
- You are not comfortable doing daily outbound outreach
- Your English communication is not strong
