Role Overview

This role focuses on identifying potential clients, building relationships through LinkedIn, and generating qualified meetings. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, managing LinkedIn campaigns, and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 3-4 years of LinkedIn outreach experience who understands how to convert conversations into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients (contractors, consultants, project professionals)
• Execute daily LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests, follow-ups, messaging sequences)
• Personalize outreach messages to increase response and engagement rates
• Book qualified discovery calls.
• Maintain and update accurate lead information
• Track outreach performance metrics (response rates, booked meetings, conversion rates)
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies
• Build long-term relationships with prospects through consistent engagement
• Stay updated with LinkedIn best practices and outreach tools.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of proven experience in LinkedIn outreach or B2B lead generation
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
• Excellent written English and professional communication skills
• Ability to write persuasive, personalized outreach messages
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
• Basic understanding of B2B sales processes
• Experience in financial services/accounting industry (preferred but not mandatory)
