Business Development Executive- UAE

We’re Hiring – Business Development Executive / Telesales Executive

A UAE-based company is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive / Telesales Executive to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Introduce the company’s consulting services and identify potential client requirements.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
• Schedule meetings and assist in converting leads into clients.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and business development targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of prior experience in telesales, business development, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in outbound calling is essential.
• Strong client coordination and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Confident, persuasive, and professional communication style.
• Ability to handle client queries and build professional relationships.
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Experience working with UAE/GCC clients will be an advantage.
• Females are preferred
• Arabic language proficiency will be preferred.
