The Role

You'll be responsible for finding new business, managing client relationships, and closing deals in international markets. You'll work directly with senior leadership, learn the ins and outs of global plastic trading, and have real ownership over your pipeline and results.

This is a serious sales role for someone who wants to build something, not just hit a number and move on.


 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Building and managing a sales pipeline across short, mid, and long-term opportunities
  • Prospecting new leads, reaching decision-makers, and qualifying opportunities
  • Handling the full sales cycle from first contact to close and follow-up
  • Working with the team to hit monthly and quarterly targets
  • Maintaining existing client accounts and growing repeat business
  • Researching markets and identifying new opportunities
  • Getting to know our products, trading processes, and the industry deeply
  • Attending trade shows and industry events when needed


 


 

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or account management
  • Good negotiator — you know how to have tough conversations and still close
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal
  • Comfortable with CRMs, pipeline tracking, and basic forecasting
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage your own workload
  • Background in international trade, logistics, or sustainability is a plus but not required
