Job Description

First Paramount Modaraba seeks a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join its team. This role is ideal for a fresh MBA graduate or a candidate with 1–2 years of experience in business development. The successful individual will have a passion for sales, client engagement, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives. This position emphasizes strong communication skills and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while supporting overall business expansion and client relationship management efforts. The candidate does not manage a team but collaborates closely with various departments to achieve company goals. The Business Development Executive contributes to the company’s growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and maintaining customer relationships. This role involves conducting market research and competitor analysis to understand market trends and support sales strategies. The candidate assists senior management in business expansion activities and ensures accurate documentation and progress reporting. The position demands a proactive, client-focused professional who can effectively manage the sales pipeline and provide impactful presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.


Responsibilities
 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.
  • Generate leads through various channels and qualify prospects to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in the execution of sales strategies and help achieve set sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the marketplace.
  • Support senior management with business expansion initiatives by providing data-driven insights and timely updates.
  • Manage client records meticulously and prepare regular progress reports to track performance against key metrics.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients to effectively communicate the company’s value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline account management processes and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Document all client interactions and maintain accurate sales records for reference and follow-up activities.
