About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients, identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, and drive conversions.

Our clients are typically businesses looking for Website Development, Digital Marketing, and IT services. This is a performance-driven role with strong growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients through cold calls and outbound communication.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities from provided lead lists.
• Qualify prospects based on their interest, budget, and service requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients to earn commissions.
• Achieve daily and weekly business development targets.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business development, telemarketing, cold calling, or inside sales (preferably in IT, Marketing, or Web Development).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a performance-focused environment.

Monday – Friday: 07:00 PM – 04:00 AM PST (Night Shift)

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
