Thinkbytex is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships and executing effective sales strategies to drive company growth. The Business Development Executive will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the overall success of Thinkbytex. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it demands a proactive and customer-focused mindset. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize client satisfaction. With at least one year of experience, you will leverage your skills in customer relationship management and sales strategy to exceed sales targets and support Thinkbytex’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients using effective customer relationship management techniques.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and increase revenue.
  • Craft and execute targeted sales strategies aligned with company goals to maximize market penetration and sales outcomes.
  • Engage prospects and clients through phone conversations and other communications to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Utilize emotional intelligence to gauge verbal cues and modify conversation approaches for improved engagement and successful deal closure.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in technology, campaigns, and sales targets to sustain high performance in a fast-paced BPO environment.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of Thinkbytex’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Track sales metrics and reporting regularly, providing feedback to management to inform strategic planning and improve sales processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills and stay updated with industry best practices.
